When creating an account on JIAMedia.com, you agree to provide truthful and accurate details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for losses that occur due to compromised credentials.
JIA Media provides hosting and domain services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to offer 99.9 percent uptime, occasional interruptions may occur from maintenance, upgrades, cyberattacks, power issues, or third-party failures.

All domain registrations adhere to guidelines set by ICANN (for global domains) and NiRA (for .ng domains). You must comply with all applicable registration, renewal, and dispute policies.
You agree not to use JIAMedia hosting services for any activity prohibited by Nigerian law or international cybersecurity standards.

Shared hosting users must comply with fair usage limits on CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, and email sending. Accounts exceeding these thresholds may be throttled or suspended.
You retain full ownership of all content stored or published using our services.
Although we perform periodic backups for system recovery, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.
We comply with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Your personal data will not be sold, traded, or misused. We may share information only when required by law or court order.

Domain name purchases are non-refundable. Hosting services may be eligible for refunds within seven days of purchase if no policy violations occurred.

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, JIA Media is not liable for indirect losses, including revenue loss, data corruption, or business disruption.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service within the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify JIA Media from claims arising from misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
All logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials belonging to JIA Media remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after revisions implies acceptance.
